Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 22, 2026
Overview
Dexuro (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect through dexuro.dev, how we use it, and your rights regarding that data. We keep things simple: we collect only what we need to respond to your inquiries, and we never sell or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
What we collect
Contact form submissions
When you submit a form on our site, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, phone number (optional), company name (optional), project type, budget range, and message. This data is processed solely to respond to your inquiry and discuss potential projects.
Newsletter subscriptions
If you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in each email.
Analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics (aggregate traffic data only, no cookies) and PostHog for anonymous product analytics and session replay. PostHog runs in cookieless mode — it does not store cookies or persistent identifiers on your device. Session replays capture anonymized recordings of page interactions to help us improve usability; no personal data is collected. All analytics data is processed in the EU (PostHog Cloud EU).
What we do not collect
We do not use cookies for tracking or advertising. We do not use third-party advertising trackers. We do not build individual user profiles or track you across websites. Session replays are anonymized and used solely to improve site usability. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their marketing purposes.
How we process your data
Email delivery
Form submissions and newsletter emails are processed through Resend, a transactional email service. Resend processes your email address and message content to deliver emails on our behalf. Refer to Resend’s privacy policy for details on their data handling practices.
Hosting
This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may process standard connection data (IP address, browser type) as part of delivering web pages and protecting against abuse. Refer to Cloudflare’s privacy policy for details.
Data retention
Contact form submissions are retained for as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry and maintain a record of our communication, typically no longer than 24 months. Newsletter subscriber data is retained until you unsubscribe. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete any personal data we hold about you. You have the right to withdraw consent for newsletter communications at any time. You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the address below.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
